About us / About the role: This dynamic, multi-disciplinary role reports to the Chief of Staff and Head of Investor Relations, and sits at the intersection of strategy, communications, and execution. This is a hybrid role with on-site expectations at Port Kembla (about two days a week) and flexibility to shape a schedule. You will work across government engagement, investor communications, non-dilutive funding strategy, and strategic market analysis to help raise capital, tell compelling stories, and enable analysis-driven decisions in a fast-changing scale-up environment. This is a generalist role with high visibility and broad exposure across the business, requiring excellent communication skills to synthesise ideas internally and represent the company externally with stakeholders ranging from engineers and finance teams to PR consultants, grant assessors, and Ministerial advisors. There's room to grow, autonomy to take ownership, and an opportunity to shape strategy within a cleantech company.
