We are seeking a forward-thinking and driven Project Consultant to join our collaborative team.

The Role

You will support the successful coordination and delivery of land development projects across Victoria. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting project delivery through efficient coordination of internal teams, client data, and external approvals
  2. Assisting in coordinating the efficient delivery of internal documentation that conforms to regulatory standards
  3. Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  4. Representing client interests professionally while upholding company values
  5. Contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives across major projects
  6. Researching market trends, legislative changes, and competitive activity to inform project planning and improve competitive advantage

About You

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in land development, planning, surveying, or engineering
  • Hold a relevant bachelor's degree in town planning, engineering, surveying, architecture, or similar
  • Have a growth mindset and are eager to take initiative in both project work and strategic improvements
  • Bring a solution-focused mindset and a strong eye for detail
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, particularly when advocating or negotiating on behalf of clients or the business
