Fullstack Developer (Senior) - Python (Flask) + React - Remote, Latin America

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other developers, product owners and managers, and business stakeholders to craft new product features and improvements for our platform
  • Operate with a large degree of independence, supported by senior technology leaders
  • Take projects from concept through all development stages: definition, development, debugging, initial release, and iteration
  • Build enterprise-level solutions with focus on scalability, maintainability, and supportability
  • Collaborate in an open, collaborative environment with integrity and teamwork

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer or similar role using open-source technologies
  • Strong experience with Python and/or other object-oriented languages
  • Full-stack software development experience, including backend development, service design, data storage and access models, and modern web frameworks
  • Experience creating and maintaining automated CI tools like Jenkins
  • Proclivity toward refactoring and continuous improvement of object-oriented code in Agile environments
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures, testable code, and algorithms
  • Experience in a SaaS-based product and comfort working in a corporate setting is desired
  • Experience in B2B financial services or alternative asset management is a plus
