We operate a 223-room facility, with 30-35 rooms allocated for staff accommodation, and employ 127 staff across various departments. Our venues include multiple bars, a bottle shop, a bistro, and a mess hall that cater to both in-house guests and external contractors.

We are deeply committed to fostering career progression, having helped many employees grow from entry-level positions into senior management roles. The right person will have the freedom to work independently, while also receiving strong support from senior leadership.

About the Opportunity

  • Driving marketing initiatives and community engagement
  • Managing supplier relationships and stock control

  • A proactive and hands-on approach to management
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience

This is an ideal role for a people-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity to make a real impact.

Whats in it for you?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and growing hospitality group. In addition to a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 PLUS super, you will enjoy:

  • Fully furnished queen-style ensuite accommodation and all meals provided

  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
  • Subsidised gym membership for health and wellness
  • Opportunities for career progression within the organisation
  • A supportive and dynamic team culture
