We are seeking a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant who has a unique ability to engage kids and teens by creating memorable shopping experiences. Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Embrace the imaginative, fun nature of the brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
- Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
- Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating your product knowledge
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in a similar retail or customer service role
- The ability to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge and demonstrate your passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach
- A larger-than-life personality to confidently connect to the needs of the customer
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Please note: our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
