Reporting to: Taste & Wellbeing Technical Head

Location: Baulkham Hills, Sydney

Main Responsibilities

  • Be the power user for our Givaudan project administration tools, to support project tracking, tasking and coordinating status updates on our pipeline. This helps with any end-to-end brief management process.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy in reports.
  • Bring the team together to resolve project-related issues and support project planning activities.
  • Schedule and facilitate the daily assessment meetings for Inflow Projects.
  • Drive the project review meetings for projects in progress.
  • Support resource management through assigning tasks in Atlas post the assessment meeting and also keeping track of resource utilization in end-to-end project management.
  • Support the Commercial team in conducting post-project reviews, lessons learned documentation, and other project closure activities.
  • Support the Oceania Technical Head and Leadership team to establish and sustain the Brief Management Best Practices.
  • Act as a trainer to the Oceania commercial team members on the systems related to Brief Management.
  • Be an active member in the Atlas super user community in APAC and raise Oceania needs and recommendations.

Main Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in a project administration/management role
  • Proficient in project management software eg JIRA and the MS suite of office productivity tools and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and help implement corrective actions
