Overview

Liquor Team Member | BWS | Passionate About People. Join Endeavour Group's BWS team at Sunshine Homemaker Centre. You will be part of a team that is real, inclusive, and responsible, helping create a more sociable future for customers and teammates.

A day in your life as a BWS Team Member includes engaging with customers, promoting loyalty programs, stocking shelves, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and upholding responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments.
  • Promote BWS loyalty programs and inform customers about benefits and product offerings.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked with a wide range of options for customers.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for customers and teammates.
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines and responsible beverage service.
  • Be yourself and contribute to a positive, energetic store culture.
About You / Qualifications
  • Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide an engaging experience.
  • Good availability across the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
  • Desire to grow a career within the business and dream big about the future.
  • Active lifestyle with a willingness to stay on the go.
  • Motivation to make a positive impact in any role you grow into.
