Supply Graduate |Bras N Things | Pyrmont, Sydney

We're looking for an enthusiastic Supply Graduate to join our Bras N Things team based in Pyrmont. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with some professional experience (either gained during university and/or shortly after) to kick-start their career in supply and operations within a leading global apparel company.

What you'll do:

  • Support the day-to-day operations and supply coordination across key product areas
  • Help ensure products are delivered on time and in full
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ensuring efficient product movement
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, and R&D, as well as suppliers and customers both locally and overseas

A day in the life might look like:

  • Collaborating with supply, planning, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Assisting in supply and demand planning meetings
  • Supporting the improvement of ordering and delivery processes
  • Coordinating with logistics to ensure smooth product flow
  • Helping troubleshoot and resolve delivery scheduling issues, particularly for seasonal launches

What we're looking for:

  • A recent graduate (ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field) with some hands-on experience in a professional setting – this could be from internships, part-time roles, or post-graduate experience
  • A confident communicator who's comfortable working across multiple teams and departments
  • Great organisational and time-management skills – you love planning and keeping things on track
  • Strong analytical thinking and a knack for working with numbers – proficiency in Excel is a big plus
  • A basic understanding or interest in project management or LEAN principles is highly regarded
  • Experience or exposure to the apparel or retail industry (including factory or product supply experience) is a bonus
