THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of Crystalbrook Riley and operates within a proactive and efficient team.

The role involves assisting with daily building maintenance operations and performing various tasks related to building systems, mechanical and electrical maintenance, energy management and fire/life safety. You will collaborate with the established maintenance team and communicate with both internal and external hotel stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an experienced Handyperson with established skills in painting, construction, building maintenance or related fields. A hands-on approach solution provider with a solid understanding of preventative maintenance principles is essential.

The ideal applicant will have a current and proven track record in addressing a wide range of maintenance issues, as well as familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and workplace health and safety standards. A genuine interest in energy management and sustainable practices is also a plus.
