Overview

Telstra Belmont store is hiring a Retail Consultant to join the team on a Full-Time basis. Working in a Telstra Retail Store is an opportunity for tech-curious problem solvers to build a career within a market leader. It is a target driven environment, within a team focused on getting you across the latest in tech and gadgets so you can help customers get connected - faster, better, smarter.

What you'll do
  • Showcase your product knowledge and provide consultative service to customers
  • Support customers with the latest in tech and gadgets and develop customised solutions
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions that meet targets and KPIs
About you
  • You're able to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
  • You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
  • You're driven to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
  • You're eager to learn and grow within the role
  • You have experience in a customer-facing role
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while delivering excellent customer service
