About The Role

The Nurse Manager – Western Virtual Emergency, Critical Care & Close Observation provides clinical and professional leadership and is responsible for the operational management of nursing services in these areas, ensuring high standards of care and support for staff at regional sites.

The role involves managing and supervising nursing staff, planning and developing new care models, providing leadership, education, and training, and maintaining effective communication with strong organizational skills.
