We are looking for a Physio ideally 3 – 5years experience, to join our Physio Posture Fitness Clinic in Randwick. www.physioposturefitness.com The role is a Locum position commencing October, 2025, with potential to be Permanent/Part-time.

Our clinic offers Physiotherapy and small group Physios, Pilates Classes and Fitness Sessions. We have been established for over 27 years and have very committed and diligent class attendees. Our key goal is to help people of all ages and fitness levels to improve their overall health and well-being. This includes balance, strength, and fun Neurofitness skills and drills for maintaining cognitive health.

We are currently a Team of 4 Physio's, 1 Personal Trainer/Pilates Instructor and 3 Admin staff. We are all very passionate about what we do and collaborate regularly regarding clients we see. We all treat necks, backs, shoulders, knees etc In addition each of the team have a specific area of expertise. This includes TMJ, Women's Health and treatment of chronic pain using exercises and cognitive work. We have a strong referral base of WOM, Internet and also from local Doctors, Specialists, dentists, prosthodontists, personal trainers and pilates studios.

As a member of the PPFC Team you have the opportunity to do further training and Courses with Francine St George. These include TMJ/C Spine & Exercise Programming Courses as well as learning Neurofitness & Neuroathletics exercise programming .www.physiocoachingacademy.com for Details.

Start date: From October, 2025

If you are confident and passionate about being a Physio, are able to market yourself retain stable clients and build your clientele base confidently and competently, the position may be developed Perm Part-time if this interested you.

Must be able to work Monday, Wednesday pm (Approx 1pm - 6:30pm) and Friday 1 - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously as well as a team player.
• Evaluate patients' conditions or pain, full assessment to provide a provisional diagnosis and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Design individualized treatment plans that may include exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Administer treatments, such as Myotherapy, mobilisation, and exercises, to treat a specific musculoskeletal condition
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when Teamwork and clarification of diagnosis is required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist (AHPRA registration) with 3 – 5years clinical practice experience.
• Exercise Programming, Pilates, Acupuncture/Dry Needling Skills highly advantageous to this role.
• RSWT & Low Level Laser is used in our Clinic
