Allied Reliability is seeking two Field Engineer IIs to assist Group Vice President(s), location management teams, and Corporate Quality and Engineering in overseeing long-range capacity planning for assigned locations. The role involves acting as a Technical and Reliability Leader, executing Reliability Initiatives within assigned locations, and staying updated on new technical and equipment developments. Responsibilities include developing ideas to improve quality, cost, productivity, safety, environmental compliance, and leading projects such as building renovations, new branches, and expansions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Communicating with executives, management, and operations to implement plans through reports and meetings.
  2. Participating in equipment and building improvement projects from justification to installation and startup.
  3. Investigating new technology to enhance location functions and productivity.
  4. Purchasing equipment, maintaining vendor relationships, and monitoring performance.
  5. Recommending process improvements, utility management, work reorganization, and station relocations.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Technical or Engineering-related Bachelor's Degree or minimum 7 years of experience in reliability, or 5 years in Cintas operations environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the region.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
