Specifically, you will have experience with UCaaS solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom and be seeking your next big career step. This role offers opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the maintenance, support, and enhancement of UC solutions for SME and mid-sized customers
  • Provide remote and occasional onsite support for voice infrastructure and related technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of Unified Communications issues
  • Participate in occasional project work within the UC space
  • A passion for and ongoing development of your understanding of the telecommunications space, especially Unified Communications
  • Solid experience troubleshooting and making changes in UCaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of Zoom and / or Teams is important; experience with Mitel, Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, and Avaya is a plus
  • Understanding of technologies such as VMWare vCenter / ESXi, Networking (DHCP, VLANs, HP Switches, Meraki), SIP Trunking / Devices, and Fax over IP (FoIP)
  • Self-motivated, autonomous team player committed to team success
  • Results-driven with dedication and a positive attitude
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Connectwise is a bonus but not required
