They're inviting an experienced AEM Developer/Architect to join a fully onshore project team delivering platform upgrades for major clients, with more Adobe stack work already lined up for the following 12 months minimum.

You'll start hands-on (roughly 50/50 dev and architecture) and grow into the senior architectural voice for AEM as the team scales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own AEM Cloud Service architecture and development across a live client platform, including template and component upgrades
  • Work directly with designers, CRO and front-end developers to evolve an existing platform
  • Get involved in an Edge Delivery Services (EDS) rollout as part of a broader Adobe Commerce and EDM initiative
  • Collaborate with existing senior Adobe Commerce specialists to plug the AEM gap across the wider stack
  • Bring exposure to Analytics, Target, personalisation, or CDP integration into project delivery where relevant

What you can bring to the team

  • 6+ years as a developer, with strong AEM experience — ideally weighted toward AEM Cloud Service rather than on-prem/AMS
  • At least one Edge Delivery Services (EDS) project shipped to production
  • Solid grounding in core web development fundamentals — this is an all-rounder role, not a narrow specialist
  • Genuine interest in AI-assisted/agentic development practices, and curiosity about evolving beyond a single-vendor stack

Logistics

  • Contract-to-perm role, initial 6-month term with strong potential for extension/permanent conversion given INCREDIBLE pipeline of upcoming work
  • Fully Remote role (with in-office if you'd like); candidates based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne preferred
  • Approx. monthly travel required for key on-site meetings
  • $1200 per day incl. super
