Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Genesys Architect to design, implement, and optimize Genesys-based contact centre solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Genesys technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of customer experience (CX) solutions.

In your first few weeks in this Architect role, you can expect to:

  1. Lead the design and implementation of Genesys Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Oversee the integration of Genesys Cloud APIs to enhance system functionality.
  3. Provide technical guidance on Genesys Cloud Architect to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Develop and maintain bill plans in alignment with business strategies.
  5. Ensure the contact Center infrastructure is robust and scalable.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  7. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  8. Implement best practices for system security and data protection.
  9. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  10. Provide training and support to team members on Genesys Cloud technologies.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
  12. Document all technical processes and procedures for future reference.
  13. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys Cloud technologies.

To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  1. Proven experience as a Genesys Architect, with relevant experience in designing and implementing Genesys solutions.
  2. Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platforms.
  3. Proficiency in scripting and development (e.g., Java, Python, or Genesys Routing Scripting).
  4. Strong understanding of telecommunications protocols (SIP, VoIP, etc.) and cloud technologies.
  5. Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
  6. Certification in Genesys solutions (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional or Architect).
  7. Experience with workforce management (WFM) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
