North Perth Butcher seeking an experienced butcher/boner with an understanding of cutting lines and value adding. You will be experienced in boning whole carcasses and be able to work with lamb, goat, pork and beef products.

We would love someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and follows good hygiene and safety practices.

You'll be physically fit and possess good knife skills and experience.

We offer early starts with early finishes – approx 25 hours per week – casual initially but will look at permanent part time for right applicant.

Rate of pay negotiable according to skills and experience.
