Staines Memorial College celebrates the rich diverse cultural heritage that forms modern Australia. Staines Memorial College is a non-denominational Christian College situated in the western suburbs between Brisbane and Ipswich. We cater for children from Kindergarten to Year 12 from a variety of Christian backgrounds and traditions. We also cater for families who, though not necessarily Christian themselves, desire a Christian school culture and educational experience for their children.

All staff at the College are committed followers of Jesus from a variety of denominational backgrounds, selected for their professional competence as well as their sense of calling to the ministry of a Christian School.

We are currently seeking applications for a Primary Teacher to join us for Term 3. The ideal candidate will inspire our students to achieve their best. Please note:

  1. Term 3 contract
  2. Competitive salary
  3. Work with an experienced and supportive team – with ongoing professional development and mentoring.
  4. Demonstrate a desire to live as God's servant, bringing His Kingdom to earth. Accepts and upholds the company's Statement of Faith. Be a person of Christian faith and integrity.

  • an Australian Citizen or
  • a permanent resident or
  • have an appropriate permit to work in Australia
