Lead the Future of Retail Operations as our GNFR Procurement Manager. SRG is seeking a highly capable Retail Procurement Manager to drive Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) strategy and lead a high-performing team. As our GNFR Procurement Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of our iconic brands like Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs and Harris Scarfe. You\u2019ll lead the end-to-end procurement of essential items and services that keep our retail stores thriving, from fixtures and consumables to signage. This role emphasizes leadership and development, managing three direct reports and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Develop & Execute GNFR procurement strategies for categories such as store fixtures, fittings, POS stock, signage, and consumables, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and high-quality outcomes.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts globally, including direct sourcing with international suppliers and end-to-end delivery management, in coordination with our GSO Office in China.
• Collaborate with brands to forecast needs, align procurement with business objectives, and support the development and procurement of custom fixtures from prototypes to rollouts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three, setting clear goals and maintaining a high-performance culture.
• Manage the procurement budget and organizational spending, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Monitor market trends and analyze price structures to drive cost savings and process improvements.
