Join Bindaree Food Group's 12-month Supply Chain Graduate Program offering full supply chain exposure and career development in the Australian meat industry.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a tailored 12-month rotational graduate program focused on full supply chain exposure
  • Work across feedlots, processing plants, food technology, and corporate offices
  • Gain a deep understanding of Bindaree's product from "Paddock to Plate"
  • Obtain the AUS Meat Beef Specifications Qualification
  • Based at the major processing site in Inverell with travel to other sites including QLD and regional NSW
  • Collaborate with industry-leading professionals, mentors, and peers
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduates who completed a Bachelor degree or higher in 2024 or 2025
  • A quick learner with a "can do attitude" aligned to company values
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to coordinate, plan, and work autonomously
  • Full-time working rights in Australia
