CASUAL Retail Professional - NEW store opening in Mandurah, Perth

We are on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our NEW Factory Outlet opening SOON in Mandurah, Perth on a CASUAL basis.

Please note, this particular role requires the availability to work on both weekdays and weekend days.

Key responsibilities:

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
• The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements:To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Working Hours:
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application _______________________________________________________________________
