Veterinary Receptionist / Administration Assistant – Full Time
Crows Nest Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our friendly and professional team full-time. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client care and thrive in a dynamic clinic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do :
Provide warm, professional service to clients and patients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by assisting with enquiries and requests.
Manage scheduling of appointments and procedures.
Oversee daily administration tasks, including insurance claims, patient histories, and banking.
Keep reception organised, welcoming, and efficient.
Support workflow across the clinic, working collaboratively with the wider team.
Handle key admin functions : recalls, ordering, stocktake, and insurance processes.
Liaise with support office teams, including IT, to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A natural ability to connect with clients and build trust.

Highly organised, responsible, and self-motivated.
