About the role
The Sales Graduate role provides an exciting opportunity for graduates to build a career in IT Sales that allows you to engage across industries, diverse technology domains and across geo-economic markets. This is an ongoing position featuring a combination of experiences designed to accelerate your career in the area of IT Sales at HCLTech. As a Sales Graduate, you will be embedded into a Pre-Sales, Business Development or Account Management team. You will be exposed to the full Pre-sales and Sales cycle. You will learn to bring value to the customer by providing cutting edge technology solutions. As an HCLTech Sales Graduate you will gain insight and hands-on experience into IT Sales, effectively supercharging your career potential in IT sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduated with a Business or Commerce Major in last two years
- Credit average GPA or above
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Interest in IT Sales
Selection Criteria:
- Prior business exposure through internships/work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency of interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to travel when applicable
- Meaningful leadership experience demonstrated by driving results and/or leading change
- Involvement in campus/community/work or other activities/organizations (member of student organizations, leadership positions, community service, civic engagement, etc.)
