Overview

2026 Occupational Therapy Graduate Program (Melbourne, Adelaide, Queensland) – Nimbus Health. The Nimbus Health 2026 Occupational Therapy Graduate Program is now accepting applications. The program is available across Melbourne, Adelaide and Queensland and is a 12-month structured program designed to strengthen confidence and consolidate clinical knowledge to develop into a highly skilled independent practitioner.

Nimbus Health is an in-home allied health provider delivering care through Australia's leading organisations to make a real difference in the lives of the people who need us most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services in the community to elderly clients funded through Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and the NDIS
  • Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
  • Review current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating the team wiki with best practice
  • Collaborate with patients' care teams, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at partner organisations
  • Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with
About you
  • Bachelor Degree of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Full AHPRA registration (by the start of the program)
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Regular access to a car
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference
  • Based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Queensland
