Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, as a Shift Supervisor you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach, and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for embodying our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power," delivering exceptional service to our Guests, and creating a safe and positive working environment.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Providing training and coaching to team members.
  • Supporting sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling.
  • Executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience.
  • Encouraging a culture of inclusiveness, trust, and accountability.
