Senior Cost Manager – Global Consultancy

Location: Sydney – Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
  • Analyse bids to ensure best value outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and cost reports.
  • Manage project budgets and clearly communicate variations to stakeholders.
  • Support final account negotiations and claims resolution.
  • Produce clear cost documentation to drive timely, informed project decisions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster growth and excellence.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment.
  • Expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects.
  • Chartered (MRICS/AIQS) or working towards completion—full support provided.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
