- Accelerate sales and customer growth across a multi-site operation.

About YouYou are a dynamic and resilient leader with a proven record of driving commercial turnarounds and growth. You will bring:
- Demonstrated success in P&L leadership across large, complex, multi-site businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leading turnaround strategies and growth initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to secure and manage major commercial partnerships.
- A motivational leadership style, able to re-energise and align teams to deliver with agility.
- A recognised degree, supporting your credibility as a strategic and commercial business leader.
- Experience leading national operations, with the flexibility to travel extensively.
