Join our team We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc.
This work involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.
Responsibilities- Visit retail outlets to observe and report on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and related factors.
- Pose as a customer and record detailed observations about your experience.
- Complete an online survey about the experience.
- Eye for detail and good memory.
- Reliable with great communication skills.
- Access to the internet.
The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, your ability to complete tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
