Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with park teams, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information on availability and rates to customers, and respond to general inquiries by phone and email.
  • Process reservations, changes, and payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Check guests in and out, settle their accounts, and provide information about the resort and local areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with various business areas to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sell third-party products and merchandise as required.
  • Complete daily departmental checklists.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in reservations or front office roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable reservation booking system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in the hospitality industry.

A valid Working with Children's Check may be required for this position.

This role involves manual handling tasks, lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals, and using machinery.
