Overview

We're Hiring: Behaviour Therapist | Yaalu Therapy Centre | Sydney, NSW

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Yaalu Therapy Centre is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Therapist to join our growing team.

About Us: Yaalu Therapy Centre is a child-centred and neuro-affirming practice supporting children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and behavioural challenges. We offer therapy through a trauma-informed and family-focused lens, using evidence-based practices like ABA, play therapy, and functional communication.

Your Role Will Include
  • Working 1:1 with children in clinic, school, or home settings
  • Implementing behaviour support plans and skill-building programs
  • Collaborating closely with senior clinicians, families, and educators
  • Using data-driven approaches to track progress and adjust interventions
  • Bringing creativity, empathy, and patience to each session
What We're Looking For
  • Degree (or working towards) in Psychology, Education, Behaviour Science, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or behavioural needs (preferred)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
  • Availability for casual (flexible hours available)
