Your new opportunity
  • Take a lead role in managing PPP and DCM contract deliverables, performance issues, and reporting.
  • Work autonomously to analyse contract, project, and asset data, identifying risks and recommending practical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with school leaders, FM operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and improve processes, systems, and reporting to enhance service delivery and data integrity.
About the Role
  • Manage and monitor operational and contractual obligations, including financial and asset management activities.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and practical advice to schools, FM operators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing clear, high-quality project information, reports, briefings, and correspondence.
  • Maintain effective communication across internal teams and external networks, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and constructively.
About You
  • Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, delivering measurable results.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders, representing the Department and building strong relationships with schools, colleagues, and private partners.
  • Communicate effectively through clear, concise reports, briefings, and recommendations that inform decision-making.
  • Organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards under pressure.
  • Apply experience in contract management, facilities maintenance, infrastructure projects, safety, or security (PPP or DCM experience valued).
  • Draw on a background in facility maintenance or asset management (highly regarded).

This role is regulated employment, and as such, the successful applicant will be required to hold a current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) issued by Blue Card Services.
