Engagement Structure

  • One to two days per week on a contract basis, with hours dialled up or down around personal commitments
  • Clear pathway to additional days or a full‑time role as mutual fit and contribution grow

Core Responsibilities

  • Draft concise, personalised outreach emails and make follow‑up calls to prospective investors, often cold‑start
  • Coordinate multiple diaries, secure meeting or coffee times, confirm attendance and send reminders
  • Attend investor meetings with Attalis Capital executives, capture detailed notes and circulate action items within 24 hours
  • Maintain the CRM in real time, logging interactions, deadlines and next steps
  • Chase follow‑ups until each item is fully closed

Development Path

  • Master Attalis' investment philosophy, deal criteria and live transactions to discuss opportunities
  • Map investor interests to specific deals, flagging strategic fits by sector, operating background or co‑investor alignment
  • Represent Attalis informally at select industry events and conferences to deepen relationships and surface new leads

Key Requirements

  • 8‑12 years of prior client‑facing experience in investment banking, management consulting or comparable advisory roles
  • Proven track record securing meetings through persistent yet respectful outreach
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, comfortable articulating value propositions and speaking by phone
  • Rigorous organiser able to juggle multiple calendars and priorities without dropping detail
  • Discreet, professional and understated when engaging HNW and family‑office audiences
