Our Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who :

  • Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers using their automotive parts and mechanical knowledge.
  • Build effective customer relationships.
  • Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, using up-to-date product information and knowledge.
  • Are committed to providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers.
  • Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role.
  • Are safety conscious and strive to maintain a safe work environment for themselves and teammates.

The successful applicant will :

  • Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
  • Be passionate about customer service with some sales experience.
  • Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Be a natural problem solver, solutions-focused, with sound computer skills.
  • Be a proactive, driven team player who can also work independently.
  • Have flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Be available to work flexible days if required.
