The role:

You'll be at the helm of the store, driving sales, shaping a high-performing team, and curating an environment where customers feel inspired, cared for, and ready for their next chapter. From operations to visual presentation, coaching to collaboration, you'll set the standard and raise the bar.

What you'll do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of five casual staff to deliver unforgettable service.
• Drive sales results while cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Curate a store environment that feels elevated, polished, and purposeful.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with precision, rosters, stock, and store presentation.
• Partner with other locations and head office to share insights and sharpen performance.

What you'll bring:

• At least 3 years' experience in retail management with proven team leadership.

• An eye for detail, a love for operations, and confidence with numbers.
