Job Description

The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.



Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh and delicious food with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Problem solve and weigh ingredients with accuracy.
  • Utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for guests.
  • Collaborate with team to deliver fast, friendly service.


Qualifications
  • Kitchen experience is great but not essential
  • Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
  • 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon
  • Able to start work at 5am and/or finish work between 10pm and 1am
