OCTEC is seeking talented Youth Employment Consultants to join our team in the Illawarra South Coast Employment Region, based at Shellharbour.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate young people and support their employment goals.
  • Deliver quality employment services and workplace support to both young people and employers.
  • Utilise OCTEC's Biz Support packages and industry-leading tools to achieve results.
About OCTEC

OCTEC is one of Australia's largest Transition to Work (TtW) providers with a 46 year history of working with disadvantaged and vulnerable youth. We deliver TtW in five Employment Regions: Capital, Central West NSW, Sydney South West, Illawarra South Coast and Murray Riverina. Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in Employment Services, jobactive, sales or recruitment.
  • Strong networks and the ability to build relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate and engage young people.
