Network Engineer

Work as a Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to lead the delivery, optimisation, and future strategy of our enterprise network. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor engineers and influence high-level infrastructure decisions.
You'll own capacity planning, performance optimisation, and governance of all networking services, while partnering with senior leaders to shape long-term technology roadmaps.
What You'll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise network architecture and operations.
- Mentor and develop network engineers, fostering technical excellence.
- Lead performance reporting, capacity planning, and network improvement programs.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects and operational excellence.
- Provide technical consultancy on complex network challenges.
- Extensive senior-level experience in network engineering and infrastructure leadership.
- Proficiency in Cisco technologies (routing, switching, wireless, ACI, ISE, SD-Access).
- Strong skills in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS, VRF) and switching protocols (e.g., STP).
- Experience with Infoblox, F5 LTM/GTM/APM, and enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower).
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, complex environments with multiple priorities.
