Customer Service Officer 12 month fixed term contract – Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia

Responsibilities- Liaise with customers to plan and implement agreed services
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain busy inboxes with queries, appointments and non-appointment services
- Provide administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
- Provide information and advice to customers or prospective customers
- Undertake other tasks assigned to the Client Services team, including reception duties, dictation, invoicing and general support to the team
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful personal approach
- Strong prioritisation skills with flexibility
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
