About the role
Join our inter-disciplinary Community Rehabilitation team as a Physiotherapist for a rewarding career providing individualised client driven rehabilitation and goal focused group work. We are seeking a passionate physiotherapist to drive positive outcomes for our clients. This position will be working on both the Albury and Wodonga teams. Telehealth experience is advantageous. Group programs include but are not limited to cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, falls prevention and exercise rehabilitation.
The Community Rehabilitation team comprises of Allied Health Assistants (AHAs), Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, fellow Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Social Workers. You will be well supported professionally by the Physiotherapy department. There is opportunity to work in other clinical areas of AWH if desired.
