Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will help create and sustain a high-performance culture and deliver great customer experience across the store, including:

  • Working across multiple areas within the store from customer-facing to back of house.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience through merchandising of products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting efficient stock delivery and processing into store, following receiving processes.

Qualifications

  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused with a results orientation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
