ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Elka Collective Mosman. As the face of our store, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, helping customers feel welcomed, inspired, and confident in their purchases.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Whether you're assisting with styling, maintaining visual merchandising standards, or keeping the floor running smoothly, your positive attitude and attention to detail will make every customer interaction count.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experienceAssist customers with product selections and offer styling adviceMaintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and visually appealingHandle transactions efficiently and accurately at the registerStock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availabilitySupport store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandisingWork as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals
