Pandora is approaching its busiest and most exciting time of the year, and we are seeking results-driven, target-focused Retail Assistants to join the store teams on a fixed-term contract.

If you enjoy engaging with customers, have a passion for sales and jewellery, and want to make a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you.

  • Fixed-term contracts start from 28 October 2024 until 5 January 2025.
  • All contracts include weekdays, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • School students should only apply if they are available during these dates.

The role

Our Casual Retail Assistants are brand ambassadors who connect our products with customers, influence sales, excel in customer service, and share their product knowledge.

What to expect from the role

  1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
  2. Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual needs.
  3. Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
  4. Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly.
  5. Merchandise the store and maintain high standards on the shop floor.
  6. Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges.
