Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store.

Location: Shellharbour, New South Wales, Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to our back of house.
  • Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
  • Customer focus and result driven
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
