About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead the Brighton team. This location is a key store within the network, and we're looking for a strong leader who can engage, energise, and develop a team of experienced and long-term staff. The ideal candidate will bring fresh energy, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, while driving strong sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of experienced sales professionals
  • Drive a high-performance culture with clear goals and accountability
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand
  • Implement new initiatives and ways of working with confidence and buy-in from the team
  • Analyse sales results, identify opportunities, and execute strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage store operations including rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Champion a culture of teamwork, openness, and continuous improvement
