Summary:

As part of a leading global aerospace distributor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling and packaging customer orders, receiving incoming materials, and preparing shipments for domestic delivery. The role requires teamwork to achieve set objectives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Order picking and packaging
  2. Receiving, packing, and storing materials in warehouse locations
  3. Understanding vendor paperwork for receiving and shipping
  4. Preparing orders for domestic shipping with complete documentation
  5. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and workstations
  6. Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). No prior work experience required.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Associate degree or technical certification.
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Component Control Quantum.
  • Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
