About the opportunity: A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for the Canberra region. With direction from both your Channel Manager and the Branch Managers at the NAPAs that you support, you will build effective, productive relationships with our target customers. Through these relationships, you will understand our customers needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their basket with NAPA. You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
About youAll about you: You're an engaging professional with a genuine passion for delivering solutions and exceptional service. You\'ll bring a proven track record in business development or account management within the parts and equipment market. Your comfort in acquiring new accounts, combined with your strong communication and negotiation skills, will be key to forging lasting partnerships. If you're a team player with a drive to excel, you'll thrive in this role.
Responsibilities- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.
- Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems
- A valid Australian driver's licence is required
- A passion for all things automotive
