Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure and Security Manager, the Database Administrator plays a key role in aligning ICT results with organizational goals. The role involves managing Salesforce admin functions, updating database structures, developing queries and reports, troubleshooting, and supporting ongoing development. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Salesforce Administration is essential.

This is a newly created 1-year position with potential for ongoing employment, vital to Windermere's digital strategy and ICT uplift. The successful candidate will be committed to driving efficiencies and will join us during an exciting digital transformation phase.

Key Selection Criteria
  • Degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Salesforce Administration and other databases (SQL, MS Access, Oracle); proficiency in MS Excel
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
  • Experience with automation workflows, visual flows, and process builder
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Understanding of IT service management principles; ITIL certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in testing, including test plans and cases
  • Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Agile methodologies
  • Collaborative attitude and passion for data-driven decision making

Additional requirements include holding a Victorian Driver's Licence, undergoing pre-employment screening, and having the right to work in Australia.
