You will guide, support, and motivate participants ontheir journey to employment, while developing strong relationships withemployers and support organisations.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Utilising a person-centredapproach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
- Developing positive partnershipswith local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities forparticipants
- Enhancing employabilitythrough referral to support services and training
- Providing in-employmentsupport to sustain employment
- Marketing your participants'skills to prospective employers
- Achieving programperformance and quality benchmarks
- Keeping detailed, accuraterecords and adhering to all compliance requirements
- Actively participating inthe local community to promote services
