The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Part Time Beauty Advisor who will be rostered to work 16.5 hours per week on a rotating roster

Week 1: 14.25 hours per week: Wednesday 11:00-16:30, Thursday 9:00-14:00, Friday 12:00-15:00

Week 2: 18.75 hours per week: Monday 11:00-16:30, Thursday 17:00-21:25, Saturday 12:15-17:15, Sunday 11:00-15:00

Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key Duties

  • The Beauty Advisor will learn our customers' needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
  • Uphold the values and vision of the company while ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
  • Offer expert advice to customers and provide insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

What We Look For

  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • A team player open to coaching and feedback from Store and Assistant Managers.
  • A passion for beauty and retail industry.
  • Confidence in reaching store targets and sales.
  • An active contributor to our team by being agile, tenacious, and optimistic.
  • Availability Monday through Sunday.
