Forward Ability Support is a not-for-profit organisation with 60 years history of providing key services to people with spinal cord injuries or similar related health conditions. BrightSky Australia is the social enterprise of Forward Ability Support and services the ageing and disability sector with medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. All profits go towards supporting Forward's community programs.
The Opportunity
This is a new opportunity to join our BrightSky Operations team in an administration capacity. You will support the BrightSky Operations team to look after the day-to-day administration of contracts and assist other team members with general activities. You will forge strong working relationships with our internal teams, contract personnel and suppliers to ensure compliance with contract KPIs and drive our service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Daily maintenance of contracts, administration and reporting
- Processing of contract variations, product additions and discontinuations & pricing reviews
- Outbound contact with customers to resolve supply issues
- Internal & external stakeholder relationship management
- Key point of contact to resolve contract enquiries from Customer Support team
- Assisting in preparing tender documents
- Supporting the team in various projects and administration
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in the medical/consumables industry
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
